Our design for the San Francisco Art Institute's Graduate Center, a 30,000 square foot facility, combines studios, a small auditorium, seminar rooms and offices, in a "green" building carefully adapted to the city's artistic community. Extensive use of recycled building materials and careful specification of equipment and systems will lower energy consumption while providing the Institute with a low maintenance facility and minimum operating costs.
