As a proposed master plan for an underutilized park, which was constructed as a component of an award-winning water treatment facility, these proposed phases of improvements shared the goal of maintaining and refining the basic character of the existing space – its vistas, its sustainable mix of wildlife, amenities, and functional features – and to recognize that the residents and visitors who venture into the park will be rewarded by a few well-integrated additions.
