The renovation of this office building is designed to optimize natural lighting and exterior views within an unusually deep floor plan without sacrificing required privacy in executive areas. Offices at the perimeter of each floor are and closed by light diffusing glass panels punctuated with strata of vision glass. The required linkage of computerized workstations is accomplished by means of custom aluminum ducts which integrate lighting, air handling, and an electronic raceway.
